Each client has a dedicated server and backup server that is set up and managed by Haruko. We’ll help you decide where to locate your servers and appoint your company and user administrators before guiding you through the initial set up of the platform. Then it’s a matter of setting up your portfolio hierarchy, adding your accounts and wallets and customising your reporting.

Most clients are fully up and running within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the business.

Yes. We provide real-time chat support on a 24/7/365 basis with direct contact with our in-region business and software engineering teams so you can be confident you’ll aways get the support you need, quickly.

Our team of deep functional experts can work with you to solve any complex issues related to the platform, integration, connectivity, workflows and more. In addition, we’ll schedule regular touch points to share our latest enhancement, upcoming development roadmap and ensure we are meeting your current and future needs.

Haruko takes care of all the application management, integration maintenance and rolls out disruption-free upgrades to the platform on your behalf so there’s no need to allocate your own development resources to support the Haruko platform.

Haruko is an API-first platform with a web-based GUI, optimised for both desktop and mobile. All live and historical data is available through both options.

Haruko supports all the major centralised exchanges, brokers, custodians, OTC counterparties and blockchains, as well as hundreds of on-chain protocols so it’s usually a case of simply entering your read-only API keys or wallet address to connect new trading counterparties or venues.

For new venues, we work with clients understand their priorities and often add support within a matter of days.

Yes. Haruko’s proprietary end-to-end, vertically integrated technology stack and blockchain infrastructure ensures there is no need to share wallet addresses with public websites or have dependencies on ‘hidden’ third parties.

Your data is stored on dedicated servers in SOC 2-compliant data centres, protected by IP whitelisting and a range of user authentication methods. In addition, all users and user groups can be set up with role-based permissions, ensuring your data is accessed only on a “need-to-know” basis.
